I initially left a bad review a month ago, but I’ve had a change of heart since then. The owner, Sam, has been working with me on the Honda Element I called about and I ended up purchasing the car. He’s incredibly nice and works really hard to earn his customers business. After talking with him on several occasions, I admire his work ethic and the difficulties in owning/running a business and the steep learning curve that comes with it. He has more than made up for the initial bad experience I had and would recommend his dealership to anyone in the market for a reasonably priced vehicle. The Honda Element was $5,500, easily $1k or two less than any other I found online. Eagle Financial Auto has definitely earned a customer for life and I will be referring family and friends looking for a new car.
I drove from Ft. Worth today to look at a Suburban at this place in Dallas. It was an 80 mile round trip. I didn't buy anything today but it was worth the trip. Lizbeth was very helpful and I'm pretty sure I'll be back when I"m looking for a good used car.
Great time dealing with Sam and Liz!!! They went above and beyond to help with an out of state purchase for me and my husband!!! They were VERY patient and honest!!! Made me very thankful for people like these!!!
10/10 experience I highly recommend if your in need of a good car GO SEE SAM!! If never been comfortable with the whole car shopping process as a female but Sam made the experience a breeze from start to finish and the paperwork was a quick fast process I couldn’t be more satisfied. I found exactly what I wanted when I called about it he made sure I knew everything about the car before even coming to check it out it was so painless I’ve been referring him to my friends and family I don’t think I’ll need another car anytime soon but when I do they’ll definitely be my first choice thank you again Sam
